iLentils And Beef Chilli The procedure to cook this will take 20 minutes of your time. Take a big saucepan and put some oil in it. Heat the oil on medium flame. Now add beef to the hot oil and break it with spoon or spatula until it is brown. You can also add tomatoes (crushed) and heat it on low flame for not more than ten minutes. Take it out, garnish it with lentils and beans and your dish is ready. Chickpea And Kale Soup If you are looking for gluten free recipes with some flavors, then this soup is going to delight you for sure. Take a large cooking pot and heat oil on medium flame. Add zest and garlic to the pan and stir for one minute. Add fennel and red pepper and continue stirring for two minutes. Put water (four cups), tomato and salt. Cover the pot and let it boil.
