Hey guys! I am running this workshop along with my friend Jen this September 8th, check it out -> It's challenging to express love outwardly to others, unless you have love for yourself first. During this workshop, we are going to be exploring self care, fostering a positive body mindset, and learning to cultivate a lifestyle where we learn to love and respect ourselves as women. This journey will begin with a brief meditation, followed by an hour yogassage class led by Jen, ...followed by an activity led group discussion by Em, and ending with an empowering meditation to send you off with an uplifted attitude to share with others in your life.
