Another fun and successful Fall Pike & Bass trip! My deck hands in training put some slime in the boat including a 35" 9 lbs Pike! We were also able to get our guest Guy his first Pike and a nice Largemouth Bass! More fish were caught and just not pictured. Great evening bite on Silver Lake!

Well Kish, Cyle (birthday boy), and Clinton, what can I say? We seemingly experienced all four seasons in a matter of a few hours. Our day started with a beautiful fall sunrise that quickly turned into a heavy rain storm. If that wasn't enough the winds kicked up and pushed us around like a leaf in the wind and the temperature dropped a solid 10 degrees! Regardless to what the weather threw at us, we fished on and ended up having a good day! My apologies to Kish for letting her Pike get away without a picture.

The bite was hot, our hook sets on the other hand... not so much. Tough night getting fish in the net as we only went 2 for 20 on the night of hooked and landed fish, but unfortunately that's why they call it fishing and not catching. It was still an honor and a privilege for me to take out this retired fire fighter, college professor, mentor, 5 time cancer survivor, but most importantly a man I call a close friend and finally help him get his first ever Salmon! Thank you for everything Lt. Weston!

Had an absolute blast on the water with Jasper, Mark, and Dominic today! Lots of follows, hits, and lost fish, but we still managed to land a few Pike and had an absolute blast! Thank you Jasper for your service to country! It was and honor and privilege to take out a young but true American Hero!
