While our weekly meetings are continuing, our first priority is the health and safety of our club members. We will be closely monitoring updates and recommendations from the local government and health authorities regarding COVID-19, and we expect all members to respect their local governments’ advisories. Please do not attend a meeting if you are not feeling well or someone close to you is not feeling well. To help create a healthy environment as possible, everyone should fo...llow good hygiene practices, including these suggestions from the Centers for Disease Control: - Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly. This is the most effective way to protect yourself from any illness, including the coronavirus. Use soap and scrub for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. - Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content. - Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with your hands. - Maintain social distance particularly with those who appear to be sick by avoiding shaking hands, hugging or kissing when greeting friends (a head nod or taking a bow is a great alternative). - Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and then throw the tissue in the trash. - Stay home when you are sick [slight fever, running nose, cough, cold, etc.] and seek medical attention as early as possible.
