Hmmmm what’s next?

There’s something about pulling up first thing in the morning with a trailer full of goodies for an old house and getting a spot right outside the next door house. I’m even on the right side of the street. . . just facing the wrong way.

Q: What do you do with this boring little hallway nook? A: Call Andy and say build us something cool where we can hang jackets, sit and tie our shoes and put the baby’s back pack when he’s going to school. So what’s the verdict? How’d I do?

So yes it looks nice and it’s functional but the new owners wanted the laundry moved to the basement so they could use this space to watch the Bills Games and just chill with friends and family. Done and done, tomorrow I’ll hit it with some paint and move on to the other projects they have on hand for me. More repeat clients. Thank you for your business!

Touched a couple different rooms on this one. Bathroom: fresh white on the walls, semi gloss on the trim and flat on the ceiling. Freshened up the vanity with new hardware and a couple coats of a color called Satin Black. Also cleaned up the vintage medicine cabinet. Front Entry: fresh wall paint (Etched Glass), flat white on the ceiling and semi on the trim and doors and changed out a light fixture. Kitchen: freshened up the white cabinets and covered that parquet flooring with some Davis Mountain Oak LVP.
