Good Looks Collective is proud to introduce our newly mobilized Culture Committee, and are pleased alongside Sermon, The Rust Music, Dubday - NYC, Beyond Dope P...roductions, Heart Beats, The Drop BK, Panky Rang Productions, Levitate Events and others to share our first initiative - Through the efforts of the Culture Committee, Good Looks Collective aims to empower the nightlife scene by identifying unhealthy practices and providing alternate solutions to support a safer and healthier music community. GLC’s Culture Committee aims to empower the nightlife scene in the following ways: > To promote positive and responsible music events among fans and artist alike > To collaborate with music venues, artists, community members, and educators to improve standards, awareness, and elevate experience > To set a clear standard regarding a no-tolerance approach on issues of sexual harassment, assault, and consent; to help set an accessible protocol for reporting violations of this standard > To help raise awareness to partygoers on risky behaviors and how to reduce risks, including, but not limited to, the use of recreational drugs and alcohol and engaging in unprotected sex > To achieve these goals with a judgment-free approach > To engage the community in reaching these goals If you or someone you know may be interested in helping GLC’s Culture Committee achieve its mission, please reach out to [email protected] Sincerely, Good Looks
