Happy Monday Cortland! We've been messing around with cold smoking at the shop and have a couple things to test out today. If there's demand for it, we're going to start house-smoking italian sausage to make subs and pickled sausage with! We think smoked beef sausage and kielbasa is okay, but wait til you taste the flavor of apple wood smoke imparted to the flavor of good italian sausage! We're going to pair the subs with chipotle ranch, and italian pickled peppers. We also have our first tester batch of pickled sausage ready for $5 for a pint! 607-344-3229
