We've announced an opportunity to create a new home for green businesses and non-profits at Building 301 on Governors Island’s eastern shore. An RFP seeks developers and operators for the adaptive reuse of this historic, waterfront building as a hub of commercial, non-profit, and/or academic uses related to sustainability and climate change.
