GPI provided scoping, preliminary and final design services to NYSDOT for the Empire State Trail (EST) Region 3 project, which constructed a multi-use trail connecting the Erie Canal Trail from Camillus through Syracuse to Dewitt. This project provides connections to rural villages, suburban neighborhoods, and dense city centers with continuous bicycle and pedestrian accommodations.
