March 2021: National Nutrition Month What you eat affects not only your physical health but also your mental wellbeing. We will focus on adopting healthy eating habits and improving our overall well-being.

The head is connected to the heart. Mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety disorders can result in heart disease and vice versa. Read more, listen to music, pursue new hobbies or talk to friends more often. Live your life and your brain will be stronger for it!
