As we go through the Covid challenges - please remember to wear your mask and follow health guidelines - not just for your health but for the small businesses that have been forced to close! There is no support for them currently - all of us need to do our parts to reduce exposure so our friends and local businesses can open again!

Many small businesses are slower or closed. Think local and support your community businesses that support you.

Business Culture that is undefined is no culture at all. Define the culture of your business and be sure all your employees know it. Then live it - it is more than just a slogan.

Heads up on the payroll tax deferral - it does not eliminate the tax - only says business does not have to collect or pay "YET". The taxes will be due - and business will be liable for them - they are simply deferred a few months. Right now it appears that if business does not collect the FICA withholding - business will be liable for it when it is due!
