Teams who place will receive medals for each member. If your team has no deductions during the routine, each member will receive a HIT ZERO pin. The Top 8 High School teams, regardless of division, will become part of the Elite 8 and will be presented with team t-shirts provided by Empire Cheer.

Remember that no outside food can come into the building. Concessions will be available throughout the day for purchase. Coaches only (no family members or team members) and judges will have food available on the second floor VIP area throughout the day. Coaches must have their bracelets on to enter the VIP area. (See attached for registered coaches and the number of bracelets allotted to your school. Additional bracelets may be purchased for $10).

There will be an area in the back of Minett Hall for teams to keep their belongings. Please be sure that your members do not bring valuables and that you keep your team's belongings together. There will be members of the RIT cheer squad in the area, but neither they, The Dome, nor GRC are responsible for lost or stolen items.

Vendors: You may begin setting up at 6:30 a.m. Teams begin to arrive at 8 a.m. and the competition begins at 9 a.m. There will be tables, chairs, and electricity available to you. Katie Post, RIT Cheerleading Coach, will be running point for the vendors. You may direct any of your questions to her as you set up. Vendors will be set up in Minett Hall. It is a great area. Warm ups will be going on in this area all day long, so cheerleaders will be in and out of this area, making it a great way for them to see all of your wares! The first two spots will be Varsity Media and Empire Cheer. Katie then will direct you to your spot.
