I made a TikTok! Just had to try this #viral #fetapasta and it was so so so good. I added lemon, red onion, baby spinach, and anchovies to the original recipe. To put that 500 calories into perspective, the following activities burn about that much: -Walking 5 miles -A light jog for 1.5 hours or a moderate run for 45 minutes ... -2 hours of yoga or Pilates -Vigorously cleaning your home for 2 hours -One hour on a rowing machine or a one hour Zumba class -50 minutes of circuit training with little to no rest -A 30 minute HIIT workout What does this mean nutritionally? That breastfeeding mamas should add an additional meal or a few healthy snacks to their day for optimal lactation support.
