Qualifications: * Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition. * Wash, dust, polish, vacuum and sweep all areas of the establishment. * Clean sinks, tubs, showers and toilets according to prescribed sanitary standards. * Polish fittings and fixtures. * Clean mirrors and windows. * Empty and clean trash cans. * Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies. * Keep cleaning equipment in good working order. * Maintain neat, clean and safe storage area for equipment/supplies. * Observe and report any maintenance needs or repairs. * Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. * Must have housekeeping experience * Must be open to taking direction and adhering to work safety, sanitary standards, and all other policies and procedures. * Effective communication skills. * Able to work conscientiously and independently. * Display honesty and integrity. * Strong attention to detail. * Maintain a positive attitude toward residents, guests, and visitors. * Able to lift, push/pull and carry at least 25 lbs. without mechanical assistance. * Regular standing, bending, squatting, and kneeling while performing job duties. * Able to work in tight spaces and tolerate dust and cleaning materials. Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Hours you may be scheduled for can be a Monday through Friday 830am to 330/4pm. Must be able to work every other Saturday 10am - 2/3pm between (May 29th through September 11th) Pay: Based on experience

We are looking for office help, housekeepers, lifeguards, and grounds maintenance individuals. Driver’s license & Experience is helpful, but not necessary. Office help would include answering phones, filing paperwork, attending meeting and taking notes. Lifeguards must me properly certified. Lifeguard help would include watching over individuals while in pool. Grounds maintenance would include landscaping, operating lawn mowers, string trimmers, and debris clean up.

The new Avengers movie comes out today, There is Free Comic Book Day on Saturday so stop in your local comic book store to pick a free comic book. Bemus is Blooming will be happening this weekend, it will be a nice weekend to enjoy the outdoors for this. Also the "boxing match of the century" , Mayweather Vs. Pacquiao, will be on Saturday night on Pay Per View. Cross Roads Farm & Craft Market opens on Saturday and so much more so enjoy your weekend!
