STARTING APRIL 1ST!!! Chrissy Conroe will be holding a four week Beginner Fitness Program for women of all ages. Participants will meet twice a week for 4 weeks and the focus is Functional Movement and Strength Training. Group meeting times will be based on availability of participants!
