The Canadian geese this morning were perfectly placed flying over the farm!

What a glorious rainy day. The meat shed got delivered. This is where we will store all of our market materials , Chest freezers, egg cooler miscellaneous hunting supplies and processing equipment. The delivery guy only got stuck twice this Vermont rain hey at least it’s not snow! Since I was already soaked I decided to wash water and feed buckets. Currently we are bucket feeding all of our pigs that’s about 350 pounds of feed a day until we can get our big gravity feeder set up in the pasture before winter! It’s not a glorious job but somebody has to do it#realvtag #farmher #winterscomming

These bad boys arrived @laughingchildfarm today! They have the tomahawk chop handle ! Talk about a stunning marbled cut of pork ! Jumbo chops are in the stand now as well! Great for baking with a nice home made apple sauce you can also get these SUNDAY in Manhattan 9-4!
