This is an encouraging reminder about establishing moments of calm and peace. Sometimes I, like all of us, feel overwhelmed and lost. The message of hope is a relief for many of those times.

New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo recently issued a special Citation recognizing the 200th anniversary of the prophet Joseph Smith and the glorious past and bright future of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Elder D. This week 36 semi-trucks began transporting 1.6 million pounds of food from Salt Lake City to 200 food pantries in New York to commemorate the role New York played in the beginning of the church 200 years ago. 7 organizations in the capital region received donations. https://newsroom.churchofjesuschrist.org//food-donations-u
