I had a very hard time when we were mandated at work to wear a mask. I honestly never had to wear one, not as an EMT or working in the the Microbiology or Gross Anatomy Lab. I wish I had seen this at that point in time. Unfortunately it will be the new normal for a while, we have to get used to it. https://www.facebook.com/885951341422760/posts/3976701589014371/?vh=e

Hello all! Some of you know I wear a few hats, right now I am focusing on most of the workload from my public health job, with what is going on it is quite stressful. It is so stressful that I am unable to actually focus on one of the ways I calm down, so my crochet projects are put off to the side. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist and CranioSacral Therapy practitioner and teaching assistant. This is a self help technique called a still point inducer that helps regula...te the bodies homeostasis... it promotes a healthy way to rest and reset the body. I’ve heard that a lot of people are having trouble sleeping and this will help. I have a still point inducer, and they can be ordered, but have used 2 tennis balls in a long sock and that works pretty well. Best is in 5 minute increments, I typically set a timer for 15 minutes. I will also post a YouTube video link for more directions. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=QFI6-SjTe5U

Currently I’m only doing house calls, thinking about getting an office again as space has become available in town. I get a lot of traffic to my site, but wondering if I am losing clients to places that provide massage therapy.
