We're looking for a strategy intern! Gretel Strategy partners with brands, business and organizations to define, develop, and implement the foundational elements of a brand’s expression: including naming, positioning, platforms, architecture, messaging, visual & verbal identity systems and internal socialization strategies. We are currently looking for an intern who is equal parts creative and strategic, who is endlessly curious about how the world and consumers work, and ca...n hone a holistic understanding of brand and translate that to business and real-world results. You will be working as a member of a larger and growing studio team, but will also be asked to independently lead parts of or small projects on your own. Responsibilities: Assist in all aspects of brand and design strategy creation including naming, positioning, architecture, messaging, visual & verbal identity systems and internal socialization strategies Structure, analyze and synthesize primary & secondary research to generate insights, implications and get smart briefings for internal teams Articulate hypotheses, insights & points of view to facilitate the development of client work Help senior leadership prepare for current and new business development opportunities and meetings Partner with writers, designers and creative directors to translate strategic thinking into verbal and visual outputs Qualifications: An interest in brand design strategy, possibly with previous internship experience within a studio, agency or client-side setting A strong writer who can work quickly and articulately A natural researcher, who can distill findings and learnings succinctly A desire to work collaboratively across teams and disciplines A willingness to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges An innate curiosity of trends, culture, people
