Happy New Year! We're selling through our beef quickly for 2021! We're currently sold out for January but still have 3 halves (or 6 quarters) available for February. We also have portions available after February although the fall is almost completely booked. If you'd like to reserve a quarter, half, or whole cow please let us know asap so we can get you on the calendar.

We have just 2.5 pigs still available this season! We have a half hog that will be cut, wrapped, and ready for pick up in mid-January, plus 2 more that will be ready for pick up in early February, and that's it! We won't have more pork available until November 2021. If you'd like to put some pasture-raised pork in the freezer please email us ([email protected]).

We have pigs available! We'll be sending several pigs to the processor in December and January. If you'd like to reserve a whole or half hog please call (315-510-5659) or email us ([email protected]). These piggies were raised on pasture and fed organic grain, grown and ground by our neighbors at Gianforte Farm. Feel free to share this post with anyone you think might be interested. Thanks!
