WE HAVE POWER!!

Just wanted to give you all an update on our power situation, as of now we are still out. PSEG is now saying possibly Wednesday night 10pm. I will be in the shop tomorrow morning to check and see, but it’s not looking good. If you have an appointment tomorrow, please call before you come to check. I am sorry for this.

To all of our customers, We just want to let you know we do not have power due to Tuesday’s storm, it is estimated to be back sometime on Saturday. We will keep checking and keep you informed. Hopefully it will be back soon.

To all of our customers... I would like to say Thank you for your patience as We work on calling all of you back to set up appointments. If you have not gotten a call yet, you will, I am sorry, I am trying my best to get to you all. Because of the lengthy time we were closed, there is quite a long list, but we will get to all the calls. Please bear with us. Thank you again

To All of Our Valued Customers, Finally the news you have all been patiently waiting for! We will be reopening soon - June 2nd ... Because we have been closed for the last 10 weeks, we have quite a list of appointments to reschedule and make. We will be starting to make these calls this week. Please be patient while we do this, you are all very important to us and we will get to you all as soon as possible!... We will be starting with those who had appointments that were canceled prior to the mandatory stay at home orders. Since we have to follow certain protocols and policies, we will be booking appointments very differently than we are used to. This is new to us and will take time for us to figure out, but we promise to! We understand that after this long shut down all of our furry friends are in need of being groomed and we will be doing our very best to get to everyone. We are aware that many will be matted and in the best interest of the animal may have to be clipped short to make them comfortable. With this all, we also have some new guidelines set in place: 1. You MUST wear a mask to enter the shop. 2. Please only 1-2 customers in the shop at a time - if you see other clients in the shop, please wait until someone leaves, 3. Please only have ONE person drop off your dog/cat. 4. If you aren’t feeling well or think you may have been exposed to the virus, please call us and let us know so we can make you another appointment for a later date. We are looking forward to seeing all our clients and their furry friends again soon!!
