This place is special, magical and sacred. What you are seeing is a stream of hot geothermal water that ran through my camp site. The Essence of Tranquility is just that. Very clean Private individual concrete soaking pools with stone and stucco waterfalls. We had kitties and cats wrestling as entertainment. My last night I slept with my van hatch open to watch the moon and hear the creek. George the cat took advantage of this warm body. Other amazing things that happened. I held a fossilized human brain and heart, crystals, stones with fine tiny writing/ hieroglyphics so tiny, so ancient. Magical magical place. Sunset a day is coming to a close. Windy chilly desert day will turn into a very very chilly windy night.

I went to El Dorado hot springs, north of Phoenix. Small tubs for individual soaks, also large concert tub and road trough for 2-4 people. Clean and small establishment. I was disappointed at the lack hot. It felt like body temperature, couldn’t have been more than 97-98 degrees. As I settle in to my new and very different life here in Tucson. My van has become my living room not my bed. Morning breakfast and coffee in the morning sun.
