Encompassed with incredible spiritual energy, it is the largest Mahayana Buddhist Institute in the United States, and the perfect place for cultivating. The Holy Mountain Buddhist Institute provides an international, modern, comprehensive environment for practitioners. It is the ideal educational base for teaching the GHMZ Great Perfection Dharma; cultivating great achievers, Arhat and Bodhisattvas who can master the Five Wisdoms and vow to dedicate themselves to the mission of universal salvation; and realizing the mission of Relieve illnesses, Rescue Lives, and Enlighten Sentient Beings and the philosophy of Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi Human Health, World Peace and Religious Harmony. The Holy Mountain Buddhist Institute is an establishment of higher education that focuses on cultivating qualified Sangha. The classes start from beginner levels, including the One Day Zen and Triple Heart Zen. Remember the agony from the past, illuminate the hope for the future By Cassandra On September 11, 2020, the spiritual leader Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi led ...his Sangha and held a Buddhist ritual on Peace Health Friendship Square in upstate New York for the 9/11 victims, chanting mantra to pray for the dead. Emitting the light of wisdom and compassion, Holy Master made his speech after the ritual, denounced the cruelty of terrorism and revealed the shadow that 9/11 brought to the entire world. The purpose of remembering this day is to make more effort for peace, with the hope that terrorist acts be eliminated. The flag in the wind moved downward without precaution to anyone, and then became still. It looked like being flown at half-staff in the solemn ritual, mourning those innocent deceased. Ziguang Shang Shi called for the unity of entire human race to facilitate human health, world peace, and religious harmony, and announced teaching everyone One Day Zen for free when mentioned the current pandemic.
