Beginning at 8 a.m. Thursday, February 25, Guthrie will begin scheduling COVID-19 vaccinations for clinics at 2900 Elmira St., Sayre, Pa., on the following dates: February 26 March 1 & 3 March 8-9... Please do not attempt to schedule an appointment prior to 8 a.m. on February 25. In addition to individuals ages 65 and up, eligibility for Sayre clinics has been expanded to include individuals between the ages of 18 and 64 with co-morbid conditions identified by Pennsylvania. You must schedule an appointment for your vaccination. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Please bring your completed and signed consent form with you to your appointment.
