This was one of our favorite projects! We had a lot of fun breaking down the walls and refinishing the entire room in new drywall rather than the plaster and slat that was there originally. We also removed the drop ceiling and made the ceiling drywall. The rest of this project included: framing in the chimney, new luan subflooring, new vinyl flooring, painting, and taking down/putting back up the original 100+ yr old wood trim.
