Just a bit of "pushing hands" this morning! Haven't done much partner training lately! Very nice to do it with one of my most loyal, long tome students!

Using my new fogger/sanitizer to sanitize my home training room. First time using it. It does a really nice job!

First Taiji class of 2021! Pretty impressive, I think! Here are just some of my martial artists braving the elements!

Single digit temperatures this morning but that didn't stop these dedicated martial artists. Two hours of training in the cold. With the proper attire and more than a little help from the sun, it was really quite comfortable.
