It takes all the things that are great about a plank and piles on a balance and movement challenge You will need a stability ball for this one. If you don't have one, get one. It's a really versatile addition to your workout arsenal.... Start out by carefully placing your feet on the ball - one at a time. If you haven't done this before, hang out in a plank for a bit. So much controversy over crunches! Do they even work? Should I do them? First, yes, they work. But, like most things, you need to do them the right way or you won't get the benefit. Worse, you can hurt yourself. Should you do them? Crunches are a good exercise for your abs. You don't need any equipment.
