Remember when there was a toilet paper shortage? Yep me too! What is more notable, at least for me was being able to return to work after not being able to give a massage for more than 100 days! For me, this stands out as a pivotal point in 2020! ... Reflecting on 2020 comes with a lot of different emotions! But as we move into 2021 the feelings of Hope, Unity and Peace come up! It’s been a year, for sure, but even through it all,everyone of you( my clients) have been gracious, did everything that was asked of you with the new regulations and generous! As this year closes, my heart is full of gratitude for my tribe of clients who so wonderfully trust me with their care, make me laugh and cry sometimes but mostly bring so much joy! Using my experience with functional body patterns, I will make suggestions on how you can possibly feel better until you can get in for a massage. 2. A guided breath meditation 3. I will teach you a few yoga poses that can address the dis ease(not disease) you are feeling. Wanted to stop in and say Thank you for all who have come to my new office and are trusting me with your care. Both my trusted loyal client and some new ones as well It’s been a little over a month since I returned, I think I’m starting feel comfortable in my new office as well as giving bodywork with all the new restrictions.
