Sara does zoom classes with @td_unleashd (kickboxing, strength training and stretch) Create a space in your home that is comfortable for you. - you don’t need a gym. Sara converted a space in her living room. Keren has a small gym set up in her basement. Find a friend to keep you accountable. Everyday we talk between 8-9am and start our exercise at 9:30-10:30. Thanksgiving is over but season isn’t! These two apple crisp topped with rolled oats and chopped pistachios just went into the oven. It’s a very simple recipe and a big hit for everyone. It’s naturally gluten free, vegan with no refined sugars. High in fiber and vitamins and is amazing warm or cold! I even add it to my greek yogurt for breakfast. ... Apple Crisp Filling Ingredients: 3 peeled and sliced 3 peeled and sliced 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon gf flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon Topping Ingredients: 3/4 cups gf oats 1/4 cup coconut palm sugar 1/4 cup Setton Farms shelled pistachios 1 tablespoon gluten free flour 1/4 tsp salt 3 tablespoons coconut oil Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 325 2. For the filling- combine all ingredients and pour the mixture in a baking dish. 3. For the topping- in a separate bowl combine all ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the filling. 3. Bake until brown and bubbling 55 min- 1 hour. Serve warm or room temperature. 5. HOMEMADE PIZZA! This pizza is so easy and quick to make. Ingredients-... Fresh dough- room temperature. (I get mine from @northshorefarms but you can buy from any market @traderjoes sells it too) @raoshomemade pizza sauce Fresh Mozzarella cheese Directions 1- Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2- Roll dough into shape of choice- you see mine is a mess 3- Spread pizza sauce 4- Cover with shredded Mozzarella cheese 5- Bake in oven for 25 minutes. Done!
