Everybody wants to hang out downstairs now!

This is a remodel of a basement we completed just in time for Christmas 2016. Complete new framing, insulation and Sheetrock, beautiful new floors, modern lighting, and of course paint. Of course a basement wouldn't be complete without a bar. Our customer was looking for living space that felt intimate but equipped to manage a small set of people. Based on how it looks now, you would have never imagined that this space looked the way it did before. That is always our goal when it comes to a remodel. Remodel, refresh.

Customer chose a gray with a hint of blue, very nice. It gives the area an extremley clean and crisp vibe.

With the wallpaper removed we filled all the holes, skim coated the whole area and gave it a coat of good primer.

One of our valued customer in Elmont NY was in need of a large wall mirror removed and a color change in her living room and we obliged. Didn't expect two coats of very old wallpaper though, took some elbow grease to remove.

This small dated kitchen was in need of some upgrading and these home owners gave us the pleasure in doing just that.The counter top was fairly new granite, so just new cabinets, back splash and appliances was installed to bring this kitchen up to date and looking great.

Here it is! Polished Patina. The soft textures mixed with the rustic fixtures give this room a comfortable and homey feel. Removal of old paint, sand and gloss for the wood floors, new specialty paint, and installation of the light fixtures. Our clients were glad they called us back and were very pleased with the work.

Instead of applying the finish to whole room, it will only be applied to a feature wall. With several layers that need to be applied for the correct effect, some expert skill is required for the task.
