Have you heard? The giant pumpkin record has been smashed once again this year with a 2,261 pound (1,025 kg) squash grown by Richard Wallace of Coventry, Rhode Island!

Happening this Sunday!!

After such a cold start to the month it feels good to be spending our family time planting peas in the sunshine.

The 2016 Hargrave Farms feeder pig sale will be held April 24 at the farm. Pigs will be available for viewing at 1pm and the sale begins at 2pm. These are few of the pigs being offered. They would make great 4-H projects for July and August shows. Hope to see you there!

We just started up the greenhouse. Look for plants starting on May first.
