My online yoga class in this morning, the practice was relax into Spirit. Off yoga mat practice. In this afternoon, we went to kayak. Absorbing Nature of sprite : Sun, sea breeze, rocking and floating by waves, visited Tara’s Friends by kayaking. Easy conversation with laughing. Using arms and abs by rowing. Just make me reset. Just I wanted feel natural. Nature is the healing of spirit even a little moment.

Happy Mother’s Day to All mothers!! I always think the mother’s love is like Yeast in the bread. The Yeast does not appear as the taste of yeast in the bread as we eat it. But without yeast you cannot make the bread. Mother’s love is melting into the person’s exist like yeast. Please praise your mother’s love and all you do and done today.
