**FUNDRAISER FOR FALLEN SPRING VALLEY FIREFIGHTER JARED LLOYD** The Vincent Crotty Memorial Foundation is pleased to announce that we will be holding a t-shirt ...fundraiser for fallen Spring Valley Firefighter Jared Lloyd who gave his life in the line of duty this past week. This was decided after speaking with Spring Valley FD representatives and after consulting with them we set up a committee of volunteers including Clarke Osborn, Peter Crotty, Pat Withers, Glen Wilson, Mike Johnson and Vinny Fiorentino who will spearhead this effort. We will have these memorial shirts next week and will announce times and locations where they can be purchased. We will also have an online store for convenience as well and ALL proceeds will go directly to the family of Firefighter Lloyd. This morning, the members of the Monroe Fire Department had the opportunity to pay our final respects to Chief Warrant Officer 2 Prial as he made his final trip to West Point.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Maggio Family and Woodbury Community Ambulance on the sudden loss of a great kind man. May He Rest In Peace.

Harriman Engine Company was set up on Fletcher St. overpass in Goshen this morning as part of a Emergency Services escort for Chief Warrant Officer 2 Daniel Prial to his hometown of Warwick. The former Warwick man was one of three soldiers killed last week in a U.S. Army National Guard UH-60 medical helicopter crash near Rochester. There were multiple emergency services agencies that participate to say their final respects for Chief Warrant Officer 2 Prial. Bullville Engine 251 was in staging with us.#mfdny#heco#neverforgotten

If you would like to donated you can drop your unwrapped toys off at the Monroe Police Station (104 Stage Rd located in the village of Monroe).
