Ah yes. But I miss the clamor and chaos at 111 Centre street and the attendant shmoozing and deal making in the crowded hallways. While this collective time out is indeed necessary during the pandemic, closed courtrooms and justice delayed also hurt. Among other negative effects, It fosters more ill will, short tempers, bad feelings and debt for both landlords and tenants.
