Another really good exercise for hamstring stretch is sitting in a chair and bringing your bottom towards the edge putting one leg out straight while the other bent and leaning into the outstretched leg while keeping your back straight.

We would like to welcome back our massage therapists. Due to COVID 19 our office has new safety protocols per CDC guild lines as well as requirements from NYS for massage therapy. Schedules will be limited and allowing 30 minutes between each client to properly sanitize the treatment room. Before your massage session begins your temperature will be taken and recorded along with a Covid 19 questionnaire. During massage sessions, masks will be worn by both client and therapist.... Hand sanitizer will be used before you enter the treatment room. The massage therapist will be wearing a mask, face shield/ goggles, gloves, and an apron. Please contact the office with your name and number and we will then have the massage therapist contact you to schedule your appointment.
