This year is our 40th year in business we will be posting some fun pictures soon.

We have switched the phone system. Hoping it all goes smoothly! Apologizing for transitional bumps in the road in advance. Please keep us appraised of problems that arise we may not be aware of.

We are updating our phone system. You will be able to leave a message for prescription refills. This should help save some hold time so like the pharmacy if you could have your bottle at the time you call so that you can be sure to tell us what you want refilled that would be great. When calling with emergencies you will go directly to the Tech phone that should expedite situations. Please know that one Tech is on call a night and sometimes they are with the Doctor treating a...nother emergency when you call so leave a message and the tech will get back to you as soon as possible. Some night are crazy here. We are making plans for what's next in returning to life that is more normal. When all of staff that would like a vaccine has a vaccine we will be allowing 1 person wearing a mask in with pets for appointment.(I'm thinking September) We are essential to be open for pet care but not for vaccines so our vaccination situation much like many of you is coming piecemeal. We are happy to have started the process and will let you all know when we feel our staff is protected enough for you to come in. For all of you that are vaccinate that's a great thing but we are not letting you in until our staff is vaccinated and masks will be required. There are more fun and efficiency building options coming with the phone system and we will keep you posted. Oh and if anyone knows of a veterinary that wants to live in Olean we could use a 6 th Doctor. See more
