EDITED: June 24, 2020 We have exceptional clients! I read where other veterinarians are having such a problem, but not us! We continue curbside, and are contemplating letting clients in. The virus is way down, but I fear that this will not last. Curbside is to protect you, the client, as well as us. We have been gifted with lunch from two clients, candy from several, loving notes from many. Two of our clients planted our marigolds out front. We are so grateful for the beauty... of our clients. Without you, it would be so hard to work every day. We love you all so much! Also want to thank the people who work for UPS and FedEx, the USPO, the suppliers. Of course to the police, firefighters, medical professionals, grocery store workers - especially them - facing many people every day, with no protection. Bless them. _______________________ EDITED: March 22, 2020 Vaccine clinics are closed at Petco and other outlets. So far, one of the county sponsored Rabies clinics has closed. WE ARE OFFERING RABIES ONLY APPOINTMENTS FOR AS LONG AS THESE OTHER CLINICS ARE CLOSED. Regular rabies is $31. The exam fee will be waived. This is for non clients only, and people who take advantage of this will NOT be considered clients. IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO NEEDS TO GET A RABIES VACCINE AND DOES NOT HAVE A REGULAR VETERINARIAN, PLEASE TELL THEM ABOUT THIS. Feel free to share this - our goal is to be sure that these animals stay up to date on their Rabies. ________________________ March 16,2020 WE are instituting a new rule today. 3/16/2020 Clients will not be allowed in the practice unless their assistance is required. We will ask questions over the phone, or outside. We will bring your pets in and out for you. We will be wearing protective gear to prevent contamination from us to you and from your pets to us and thus to others. Please be patient as we struggle to remain open to serve your needs without potentially exposing anyone unnecessarily. _________________________ March 18,2020 EDITED: We are allowed to do telemedicine now.
