Lauren and I are starting a new series of workshops focused on teaching young girls and teens healthy body image through yoga, meditation and nutrition. Social media is having a negative impact on how young girls view themselves. We want to be a part of the solution - empowering girls of all ages to define themselves from the inside out with strength and courage. Our first session will be November 21 at 11 am and 1 pm.
