Yea working on a P&M chip burner. They are good when they work ,but when they don’t, who do you call. Ha ha. Haaa.

Performed some service work Sunday on a furnace in VT. the fella was having problems with the damper plate on a older model G-200. The damper was open or closed. It was not ramping down gradually. I installed the program. Did a test run. Still not working. Found the damper control was un plugged from the logo control. So it was not communicating to the damper control. Red light on. Moved it closer Plugged it in, reinstalled the program.then the light went green. The damper still did not open at all now. So I set the mode switch back to 3.on the actuator then it opened and functioned properly. Gradually ramping down to close. Then I set his differential tighter to come on at 168 off at 180. Test ran everything good and happy customer.
