My mom was an amazing caterer. Known throughout Buffalo and Western NY as "Shortline" She was always doing stuff off the grid. ... I'm pretty sure I've inherited her gift. Marble Cake....Lemon/Red Velvet/Carrot Cake all in one! Yum yum delish and no frosting needed!

My high school friend Daune Smith is headed to help out with the people of Rockport a coastal town near Corpus Christi TX. She and her family in San Antonio were spared the flooding and loss of power and God has opened a door for her to go and serve and give back! I cannot get there myself but knowing that Daune Smith will be there will be knowing that the hands, feet, mouth and heart of Jesus will be there!
