My Family of customers from Heidi’s Clip Joint. Edna Graves Bennett my gramma was a hair dresser and worked in her own shop all her life in Warrensburg, my Grampa Clarence Bennett Juicy was a barber and worked in his own shop all his life in Warrensburg . I hated to get my hair cut, but every time I went to bed with gum in my mouth I was sure to go to nana’s the next day and off would come my hair with the gum stuck in it, my sister Jillane must have remembered to take her ...gum out !I practiced cutting hair long before I was ever licensed and can’t believe a lot of the people I practiced on still come back . I’ve been cutting hair for thirty five years, thirty one of them in Warrensburg. Cutting hair to me was so much more than just pleasing the person, it was the connections, by this I mean our family of customers kept coming back through out the years . You are amazing people, you might not be Hollywood but then again some of you were connected in some way . You all had similar, but different lives in the work you choose , but it’s how individually you told your stories and life experiences that made us all enjoy seeing you every two weeks or once a month or in some cases once a year. How you made me laugh , how you made us feel like parting, crying, hugging,but most of all caring and love and truly connected . I have been truly Blessed with having known your whole family, old to young. I would not change one thing about all of you, you have made my thirty five years unregrettable and for that and your support, I from my heart, Thank You Heidi’s Clip Joint after this summer season will no longer be. Courtney Witz Beadnell is opening her own shop . I will be working for her, not sure of my schedule , but I will not leave you entirely, but being just a pinch older , I will be cutting down my hours a little bit. I’ve heard rumors and I feel bad I haven’t cleared them up.plans in life can always change and you have to learn to except and move on . I have always paid what is expected of me and tried to be a honest and up front business woman, and I hope that when you remember Heidi’s Clip Joint it will be a happy memory ! These guys are our best buddies, Tim and Andy have been our customers for many years, now in their forties we are still enjoying them coming in and them singing our favorite songs, we love you both.

Bizzy summer, Hate to think about what comes after the fall and the beautiful colors.
