Beacon, NY and 250 West 57 Street

it sounds a bit weird but I am now located on Fridays only at 250 west 57 street (57 and 8th ave) which is a building known as the Fisk building in which I rented one of my first offices at least 25+ years ago but at that time it wasn't renovated! This officer has large windows and is convenient to Fordham University.

I've moved my Manhattan office is 30 Broad Street, room 1440 BUT I am only working in Manhattan now on Fridays and my time is somewhat limited! The office is practically next to the NY Stock Exchange...
