Dear Patients, We are happy to announce that our clinic is officially reopening!! As of Monday, June 8, Moshe is seeing patients on Mondays and Thursdays at our Manhattan office. We are taking every precaution to ensure that our clinic is clean, comfortable, and safe, implementing the following steps to ensure everyone stays healthy:... 1. Pre-screening 48 and 24 hours before appointments- All patients will be required to complete a phone screening 48 hours before their appointment. We just need to know if you have any symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19. Please be aware that all patients must pass these screenings in order to be able to come in for the visit. 2. Screening upon arrival- All patients will be checked for fever and/or O2 levels prior to entering the building. Patients who show any indication of symptoms will be asked to reschedule their appointment. 3. Proper PPE equipment- Moshe and staff will be wearing medical-grade masks at all times, ensuring the cleanliness of the office. All patients will be required to wear masks or face shields while in the clinic. 4. Frequent and extensive cleaning- Common spaces such as the waiting room and bathroom will be cleaned and sanitized after every use. All rooms will be cleaned and sanitized between patients, including the treatment table and chairs. 5. Staggered scheduling- We will be seeing one patient an hour, in two rooms. Allowing each room to air out between patients. This will also reduce traffic and interactions in the waiting room. 6. Modified cancellation policy- We have changed our cancellation policy to maintain the safety of everyone in the clinic. Patients will not be charged for late cancellation if they have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 or if they are showing symptoms related to COVID-19 such as fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, congestion, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. 7. Hand hygiene- All patients will be asked to wash their hands before their treatment. Moshe will be washing his hands before and after entering each treatment room. 8. We are the only practitioner in the clinic- For now, we are the only practice that is reopening at Tournesol Wellness. This means that there will never be more than four people in the office at a time. These past few months have been stressful and we want to help you restore your balance.
