UPDATE: We are not exactly sure as to when we can reopen due to all the Hello Gorgeous employees need to be tested for COVID-19 every 14 days. All is pending as to when your stylists test results/certificate are available. Thank you for your business, support and cooperation! Please stay healthy! We are so excited to announce that Hello Gorgeous will be able to re-open in Phase 2!!! ... We would like to offer to our valued clients the Hello Gorgeous- Safe Salon Commitment. While we won’t be able to shake your hand or give you a hug (for now!), please know how excited we are to welcome you back!!! We’ve put a great deal of thought and care into making sure our salon environment is as safe and sanitized as possible for you and the stylists. To assist us, we have consulted with some infectious disease doctors to create our Safe Salon Commitment. We recommend everyone schedule their salon service with their personal stylist by calling/texting your stylist, the salon, and/or via the Facebook page. No walk-in appointments will be available for the time being to minimize the wait time. Upon your arrival, please call/text your stylist or the salon phone before entering. During your visit, we kindly ask that you, and your stylist, maintain appropriate social distancing (at least 6 feet, if possible) from other customers and other stylists. Meeting and exceeding the already strict guidelines that ensure hygiene in our salon, we have instituted the following additional hygiene measures: All stylists are required to wear a CDC-recommended face mask that covers the nose and mouth in a snug manner for their entire shift. We kindly ask that you also wear a well-fitting face mask during your visit. Stylists will wash their hands frequently, and wipes and hand sanitizer will be available for your use. Stylist stations and salon chairs are wiped down and sanitized between all services. Each customer will receive a disposable or washed/dried cape before any service. Prior to opening each day, salons will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to town, city, county, state and federal mandates. Door pushes and lavatory will be wiped down frequently. Salon chairs and surfaces will be wiped down frequently. The common area will be free of magazines, coffee machines and any other frequently-handled items. While we encourage using contactless payment, cash and checks will still be accepted. For the health and wellbeing of our community, please know that any employee presenting symptoms will stay home from work for 14 days. We also request that any customer who is feeling unwell to please reschedule your visit with your stylist. Thank you for your business and working with us to keep our neighborhood healthy and safe. Greetings to all Hello Gorgeous guests.. Unfortunately, as ordered by our state Governor, all salons and barber shops in NYS, need to be closed as of 8pm on Saturday, March 21st, until further notice.. This is hurting us terribly, but we understand this decision due to the devastation happening in our country. The safety of our clients, families, and ourselves, will always come first.... We will reopen our doors as soon as we are permitted to do so. Please stay safe and healthy! Much love to you all!!!!

To all of our Hello Gorgeous clients.. Please know that with the growing fears of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share how we will be protecting all of our clients/employees.. We will only be using hospital grade disinfectants to clean, sterilize, and sanitize after every client. Thorough hand washing is a must! All door handles, etc.. get disinfected regularly. We kindly ask, if you are sick, to please reschedule your appointment. If any stylists are sick, they w...ill be staying home as well..
