Hemlock Woods

Well being that the squirrel pox epidemic is still going on here at hemlock woods I have been fostering baby bunnies instead. I just missed having babies around so this is my third litter we had five but the one little one did not make it. Baby bunnies are a while other ball game in trying to raise because they have very delicate immune systems and gi tracts. They don’t always make it without their real mommas. But these guys seem to have made a great turn around and are gaining weight every day and getting closer to their great release!

So I was outside with mojo and had to hurry up and put him inside because we had over a dozen turkeys come walking up our hill! This one video I ended abruptly cause i thought that the big one thought I might be a threat so I moved out of the way lol but I have part two to this video coming up

Got some beautiful pics of our female rose breasted grosbeak. She didn’t even care that I was sitting right next to her.
