Today we spent time looking at a project that was interested in a specific vertical of business that requires a vendor to perform all services (connectivity, managed firewall, managed sd-wan, managed WiFi, cabling and wiring, security cameras, access controls, voice system, TV (IPTV-with Casting), conference room technology, IoT (facilities management), and more. I am asking the public what is your opinion on a project of similarity. Would you want to piece everything together using multiple vendors or would you want to use 1-vendor to do MOST of what is required? Also what variables do you put considerable weight in the decision making process?

Today was a wonderful day! Had back to back meetings this morning that went great! The team and I are on fire! Helping one entity with reliability, diversity (WAN), more Mbps per $, added a next generation firewall with UTM, MANAGED SD-WAN, and gave them a UCaaS solution which solves all their voice issues! The other meeting took us time to track down answers but I think we found 2-Vendors that will ultimately create a strong cybersecurity defense and offense in accordance with their budget (magic), and will have a high probability of reducing their Circuits and VoIP expenses!!
