We are thrilled to announce that Carrie Hannigan and Josh Getzler are now co-representing the amazing Chris Grabenstein, multiple New York Times Bestselling author of the Mr. Lemoncello's Library Series, Shine, and the Treasure Hunters and Max Einstein books with James Patterson. Very, very happy to welcome Chris into the HG Lit family! And right off the bat, we have a promotion. If you (or your kid(s)) have nothing going on this Thursday, March 26, between 2 and 3 PM, Chris will be featured in a "Facebook Live" event. Come join and hang out with Chris!

To our clients, colleagues, and friends: As of this Monday, March 16, HG Literary will be moving to a virtual office, with our agents working from home as a precautionary measure until further notice. Please bear with us if things are a bit out of sorts for a little while, as we adjust to working from home and we put a few systems in place. But we are all healthy and working, and will be performing all of our usual jobs. Just, you know, in sweats.... Let’s hope this pandemic comes under control quickly, and with as little further disruption and illness as possible. We are in some uncharted territory here, and we really appreciate everyone’s patience and good will. Now wash your hands!!! Carrie Hannigan, Josh Getzler, and everyone at HG Literary.

Very disappointed to announce that HG Literary won’t be attending next week’s London Book Fair. The combination of health risks to our attendees from Coronavirus and the number of co-agents and publishers not attending made us determine that we’d be better served staying home. We look forward to seeing everyone in Frankfurt in October (and on the children’s book side, in Bologna in May, assuming it takes place). In the meantime, stay healthy and wash your hands!!! #LBF2020
