The space was refinished with new patterned carpet, millwork cabinets, stone counters, stone tile floor and wall finishes, and new plumbing fixtures. We've been working on a roof and masonry restoration project at Westminster Presbyterian Church, and the steeplejacks are out right now replacing the slate and wood decking! They are suspended about 140 feet in the air using a system of ropes and bosun chairs, making this type of specialized work a rare sight to see.

#throwbackthursday to 1995 when we designed the Mark Twain Manuscript Room at the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library. This climate-controlled space holds leaves from the original handwritten manuscript of Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, as well as special English and foreign language editions of the novel, Twain ephemera, and other collectibles.

The Buffalo Maritime Center will be hosting the "2020 Canal Boat Commencement Weekend: First Look Event!" on October 16th and 17th at Canalside. #throwbackthursday to 2002 when we began a phased, multi-year restoration and reconstruction project at Kleinhans Music Hall. The phased projects included extensive ADA compliant renovations, including vertical access lifts, new handicapped seating areas, complete exterior masonry restoration, complete interior restoration of all spaces, new energy saving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, renovation of the lower level Henry’s Restaurant, and reconstruction of the reflecting pool.
