To our valued customers and clients, The team at Hi5 Productions is closely monitoring the spread and dangers of Coronavirus, or COVID-19. The safety, health, and well being of our staff, students, and associates is that of our biggest concern. Due to the outbreak of the virus so close to our clients, it’s important for you to stay in the loop. Hi5 Productions is a fully operational rental facility that needs to accommodate many clients for extended periods of time. We under...stand that during this time, shows may be cancelled, meaning rentals may need to be cancelled or extended. In the case that a client has rescheduled or canceled their show, they must still pay for the time that their equipment was used. If you need to extend your rental, the difference will be charged on an additional invoice. We understand this may be difficult for some during this time, but we may be able to make additional accommodations for some clients. Rentals are still based on a weekly schedule. Our rental schedule has and will continue to be modified to make as many accommodations to individual clients as possible. As this time, Hi5 Productions will remain open and fully operational. Should any needs for additional equipment arise, please don’t hesitate to contact us at our regular contact information. In the event that you need to return your rental gear, please also contact us beforehand, so we can be prepared for your arrival.
