Hicksville Cooperative Nursery School

We had a fun time celebrating Thanksgiving this week in school. We made turkey art, cooked yummy food, read fun Thanksgiving stories, dressed up as pilgrims and native americans, and enjoyed our special Thanksgiving Feast with Miss Terry, Miss Jennifer's and Miss Mary's classes. It’s been a busy two weeks. We learned all about Thanksgiving, Pilgrims and Native Americans. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Feast with our homemade applesauce and other yummy goodies. Happy Thanksgiving from Miss Terry’s class to your homes!

Another fun week for Miss Loraines class. We practiced our fine motor skills, hunted for leaves outside, and make beautiful little 'Diyas' in celebration of Diwali.
